We recently had this question come up in our private Facebook group and we felt like it was worth a discussion for everyone. One of the great things about land investing is that there are so many cheap tools available to view your property boundaries that the cost of a survey becomes questionable. We’re all guilty of it, we get a call or email from someone that wants to sell and we immediately start our Due Diligence. You plug the county and the APN into your parcel software and within seconds you’ve got the subject property on the screen with boundaries nicely highlighted.
